About Caroline Ratner: Caroline’s background is in PR and media relations, journalism, film and television. Caroline has worked as a communications consultant for many years representing a wide range of clients and has experience in placing editorial features, devising communication strategies as part of the broader marketing mix, devising strategy, arranging celebrity endorsements and organising promotions and launch events for clients.
Caroline’s first job was in film and television PR, she then worked in independent film and TV production and then spent four years at Channel 4 in different commissioning departments and publicised Channel 4 programmes in London and New York. She left to become a freelance documentary researcher, and has written lifestyle and interior features for most national newspapers and interior magazines. Including Daily Telegraph, Evening Standard, The Jewish Chronicle, 25 Beautiful Homes, Ideal Home and many others. She has also devised and sold children’s television concepts to major independent production companies.
